President

What led you to work in this field?

No jobs in the Oil and Gas industry in the 80's after grad school. Insurance companies were seeking scientists and engineers to underwrite environmental liability.

Proudest moment

Watching my daughter Kristen and my son Rick become successful professionals. They are off the family payroll (except for the family cell phone account!) The proud moments keep coming.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

wanted to be a Navy diver and my father asked me not to join the military until after I went to college.
He also taught me to never, ever quit.
